Dear Candidates and partners,

As of May 25, 2018, GDPR came into force and it applies to all EU members. The GDPR is designed to protect personal information of individuals within the EU.
In line with the foregoing, we would like to provide you with the following details regarding personal information which is collected by the Company about candidates in course of potential recruitment process.

Categories of Personal Information
The following personal information is or may be collected by the Company about candidates in course of recruitment process:
1. Name
2. Birthdate
3. Phone numbers
4. Address
5. E-mail address
6. Information related to the certificates and authorisations you have

Purpose
The foregoing information is collected and processed:
(a) for the purpose of the evaluation of candidates abilities and their fitting to the Company-s needs in the course of our recruitment process or in order to comply with any mandatory requirements or applicable law; and
(b) based on the following legal basis:
(i) executuion of an agreement;
(ii) a legitimate interest;
(iii) to comply with legal obligations.

Sharing of Information with third parties
In some cases, we may share the information with third parties as follows:
(1) Our collaborators - translators, translation offices and / or notary offices - involved in the execution of our services and works and / or our clients who have ordered the work you have done;
(2) Government agencies.

We will only transfer the information to third parties for the same purposes for which such personal information was originally collected or if mandatory by any applicable law.

Protection of Information
Your privacy as well as the protection of all of your personal information is vitally important to us, and we undertake to safeguard them by exercising reasonable care and using reasonably available means.
When sharing personal data to countries outside of the EU, we will take all measures necessary to transfer the personal data in compliance with the GDPR.

Retention Period
We will not store your personal data longer than necessary to achieve the purposes for which such personal information was originally collected, unless we are required by law to do so. We may keep such data even if we decided not to recruit you to a specific position, in order to examine your future fitting to other positions within the Company.

In accordance with and subject to the provisions of the GDPR, each candidate has the following rights, with respect to his personal information which is collected by the Company.
• To request receiving a copy of or obtain access to your personal information.
• To ask to correct the information.
• To ask to erase certain information.
• To request restricting the processing.
• To request data portability.
• To object to profiling.
• To withdraw consent.
• You may approach us should you believe that your personal information is not properly secured by the Company.
• To file a complaint with the relevant authority.
